Elmann handles capital markets transactions for companies and securities listed on Nasdaq Copenhagen and other international markets, including Nasdaq First North Growth Market. Practice head Søren Ingerslev advises small and medium-sized companies on finance law as well as all aspects of stock exchange listings.

Insolvency Tier 3
Elmann advises its clients within all areas of insolvency law, including debt recovery issues, restructurings and winding-up procedures aswell as litigation and arbitration. Real Estate and Construction Tier 4
