Henrik Græsdal is head of the Public Law & Administration Department at Elmann.
Henrik’s previous working experience includes working for the National Association of Municipalities, as department head at the State Administration under the Danish Ministry of the Interior, and as a municipal chief executive. His work experience has given him extensive knowledge about the public sector and the political environment in which the municipalities and their departments operate.
Henrik advises on local authority mandate rules and contract law.
