Kasper Westberg is head of Elmann Real Estate and is Managing Partner at Elmann.
Kasper has worked for many years with virtually all areas of real estate, and he is now highly specialized in the field of rental and commercial tenancy law, transfer of property and real estate companies, project development, new construction sales, and condominiums. Elmann represents a number of leading players in the field.
Kasper’s expertise in commercial leasing is reflected in his involvement in some of the largest transactions in the Danish real estate market. For example, in 2016 he assisted with the transfer of the BIG Shopping Center, valued at approximately €150 million. Euro.
In recent years, Kasper Westberg has been involved in several precedent setting cases before the Supreme Court concerning housing co-operatives. As an experienced litigator, Kasper is a member of the Supreme Court Bar Association.
Kasper is experienced in board work within the real estate industry where he has been a board member of the Holberg Fenger Group during its turn-around and refinancing of loans of approximately DKK€ 700 million.
