Søren Ingerslev is head of the Business and Corporate Law department at Elmann.
Søren advises on corporate matters, capital markets, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), iInvestments, and iInternational contracts. Søren advises small and medium-sized Danish and international companies as well as private equity funds and family businesses.
Søren has extensive international experience, strong negotiation skills, and business acumen that in combination with his legal expertise from significant M&A transactions provides great value to his clients.
As board member, Søren actively participates in the management of Danish companies that focus on innovation, development and growth. Søren teaching company law, the responsibilities and duties of boards of directors and the purchase and sale of companies (M&A).
