Practice head Kasper Westberg specialises in lease law, with a focus on commercial leases. The group is also adept at handling construction disputes.

Elmann advises its clients within all areas of insolvency law, including debt recovery issues, restructurings and winding-up procedures aswell as litigation and arbitration. The team has developed significant expertise in matters regarding housing co-operatives, with practice co-head Finn Lynge Jepsen representing several of the largest co-operatives in Denmark. Christian Tornvig Jensen jointly leads the team.

The team at Elmann uses its excellent insight to advice on all types of M&A transactions. Led by Søren Ingerslev, the group has a broad client base in the private sector, including private equity funds, family businesses, venture capital funds and institutions.

Elmann handles capital markets transactions for companies and securities listed on Nasdaq Copenhagen and other international markets, including Nasdaq First North Growth Market. Practice head Søren Ingerslev advises small and medium-sized companies on finance law as well as all aspects of stock exchange listings.

Specialising in matters concerning the Danish Holiday Act, Elmann advises employers on how to register, report and pay out holiday allowance to Danish employees. Led by Henrik Græsdal, the group also advises senior executives on incentive schemes and severance agreements as well as assisting clients with GDPR issues.
