Johannes Baad Michelsen works in the Elmann department for Public Law.
Johannes previously worked in the Children and Youth Administration of the Municipality of Copenhagen, giving him extensive experience in municipal law, especially in matters involving public tenders and public-private partnerships of all kinds. He has additional experience in the broader areas of municipal law and public administration.
With his Master of Science in Business Administration and Commercial Law, Johannes specializes in contract law, and has used this as a starting point for a broader understanding of municipalities’ contracting with private entities in a value-creating perspective.
