Tanya Meedom is head of the IPR Department at Elmann. This department is operated as an independent legal entity (Elmann IPR).
Tanya advises on the protection and enforcement of companies’ intellectual property rights, including trademark, design and copyright, as well as IT and marketing law issues.
Tanya has considerable experience with handling matters related to digital marketing, including domain name infringements, and protection and enforcement of rights against illegitimate use on the internet, social media, and apps.
Tanya has extensive experience in drafting and advising on all forms of commercial agreements, including license, royalty, distribution, and agent agreements.
Tanya has many years of experience as a lecturer in IP and marketing law at the University of Copenhagen and the Copenhagen Business School She teaches in the Patent and Trademark Office annual course on Current Danish Trademark Practice.
