Janne Yde Sjørslev specializes in insolvency law and focuses primarily on debt restructuring, including advising on voluntary composition agreements and other debt counseling.
Janne has been appointed as a permanent assistant judge at the Maritime and Commercial Court in debt restructuring cases, and she also regularly handles debt restructuring cases in other judicial districts.
Janne teaches about debt restructuring in various contexts and has previously taught at the University of Copenhagen in the courses Property Law III and Security and Creditor Rights. Janne is also a certified insolvency attorney.
