Deli Drengene ApS gains new majority owners

Elmann rådgiver ejerne af Deli Drengene ApS med salget af majoriteten af selskabet til Tietgen Invest

Deli Drengene is expanding its ownership with Tietgen Invest, which has taken over the majority ownership of the company. Together with the previous majority owners, Morten Kofoed Rasmussen and Steffan Dethlefsen Jacobsson, who both continue as directors in the new setup, the new ownership structure will further accelerate the positive development and growth that Deli Drengene has experienced in recent years, including several Gazelle awards.

Deli Drengene imports and distributes food products, primarily delicacies and specialties, including charcuterie and tapas-related products.

Elmann has assisted the owners in connection with the sale.
